Martin Luther King Jr., Letter from Birmingham Jail, April 16, 1963
US black civil rights leader & clergyman (1929 - 1968)

  1. yeah well, injustice is an inherent part of any sytem, so he learnt to live with it

  2. @ Loshini: Lol, that's like saying Ghandi, opted to drop his loin cloth to wear a suit! In 1964 (a year after he penned this letter) King became the youngest person to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for his work to end racial segregation and racial discrimination through civil disobedience and other non-violent means - that's not learning to live with injustice is it?!
